Hi! I’m Geoff 👋

I’m passionate about the intersection of audio and software engineering — merging the two has become my life’s work.

With a Computer Science background from the University of Waterloo and formal audio training from OIART in London, Ontario, I bring a uniquely technical and creative approach to sound. I’ve produced 500+ podcasts, studio albums, hundreds of sound effects, and captured hours of field recordings — experience that now fuels my specialization in creating high-quality audio datasets for AI.

I work with top-tier AI research and product teams, designing and automating large-scale recording, post-production, metadata, and file management pipelines that power next-generation speech, voice, and audio models.

For over 5 years, I’ve also been the producer of The Robot Industry Podcast, bringing clarity and storytelling to one of the fastest-moving technology sectors.
